Data Deletion

How to delete your account and everything we hold about you.

Request deletion

Email contact@duqit.com with the subject "Data deletion request", sent from the email address registered to your Duqit account. That's all that's needed.

What gets deleted

Your account (email, name, sign-in identifiers, preferences)
All invitations you created, including every guest name, contact number, share link, and RSVP response
Your POS data (inventory, customers, invoices), if you used the POS service
Any identifiers we received from Facebook or Google when you signed in with them

Deletion is permanent and completed within 30 days of your request. We will confirm by email once it is done. Generated share links stop working immediately when the data is removed.

If you signed in with Facebook

You can also remove Duqit's access from Facebook itself: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Duqit → Remove. This revokes our access to your Facebook profile; to erase the data already in your Duqit account, send the deletion request above.

If you signed in with Google

You can revoke Duqit's access at myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access. To erase your Duqit data, send the deletion request above.
